Paul J. Kennedy
Paul J. Kennedy is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and has practiced full-time in New Mexico since 1976. He has a full-time civil and criminal litigation practice with a focus on civil rights, wrongful death, white-collar criminal defense, appellate litigation, and other matters. Mr. Kennedy has served twice as a Justice on the New Mexico Supreme Court, appointed first by Governor Gary Johnson in 2002 and then by Governor Susana Martinez in 2012.
Jessica M. Hernandez
Ms. Hernandez has extensive experience in both private practice and state and local government. As a partner at the law firm of Rodey, Dickason, Sloan, Akin & Robb, P.A., she gained significant litigation and trial experience in both state and federal courts in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and employment law. She also served as General Counsel for New Mexico Governor Susana Martinez and as City Attorney for the City of Albuquerque.
Arne R. Leonard
Arne Leonard joined the firm in 2009 after ten years of judicial clerkship experience in both federal and state courts and serving as deputy disciplinary counsel for the New Mexico Disciplinary Board. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1996 and handles a wide variety of litigation with a focus on constitutional law, civil rights cases, and appellate practice.
Elizabeth A. Harrison
Elizabeth Harrison graduated from Notre Dame Law School in 2013, where she received the Arthur A. May Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, she worked in the White Collar Crime and Public Integrity Unit of the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office in New Jersey and in the Prehearing Division of the New Mexico Court of Appeals.
