Paul Kennedy of Kennedy, Hernandez & Associates filed a court motion against the New Mexico Attorney General’s Office for eavesdropping on a meeting between himself and client Demesia Padilla, the former Secretary of the NM Taxation and Revenue Department. The motion alleges that the AG’s Office used hidden recording devices during the meeting to gain access to privileged information.
